Inspired by Carlsbad Flower Fields, these Renunculas stand tall against the blue sky of San Diego. The textured brush strokes capture the many petals of these beautiful and colorful flowers.
 
I often paint little sketch oil paintings as a study for a larger painting. But sometimes I just do it for fun. Little oil paintings are very enjoyable to create and add something very special to any nook in your home. They make beautiful gifts too!
